Tyngsboro Sports Center offers leagues, camps & clinics in soccer, basketball, football, lacrosse, volleyball, baseball, softball, field hockey, & more. We also host events, birthday parties, and fundraisers. We are family owned and operated.

Our TSX Baseball program focuses on specific mechanics in batting, fielding, throwing, and base running.  One major goal is to improve player's baseball instincts and understanding of the game while keeping things fun.  This six week session is for beginner/intermediate players in grades 1-6 and will help them learn the game of Baseball!

Clinic is held at 18 Progress Ave, Tyngsboro, MA. 



  • All coaches/staff and spectators are required to wear a mask while in the building.
  • All children over the age of 5 are required to wear a mask.
  • Please show up only 5-10 minutes prior to the class to make sure the class before is done.
  • Please make use of our hand sanitizer which is located throughout the facility (check with staff if you cannot locate one.) 
  • Please do not linger after classes, as the next groups will be entering shortly after.
  • Sanitizing of equiptment will be done in between classes.
  • Classes will ALL run indoors.

What to bring: Glove

If you have a helmet and bat bring that as well, if not, we have a few extras!

Add Strength & Conditioning Training to any TSX Clinic!

Tyngsboro Sports Center and The U of Strength are proud to offer this training combination, as we strive to develop well-rounded athletes.
Players benefit from the sport-specific skill training of TSX Clinics, while developing and reinforcing positive conditioning habits through U of Strength's personalized programs.

Sessions run for 6 weeks. Players will attend one TSX Clinic per week, and can choose either 1 or 2 Strength & Conditioning sessions per week.

Athletes will participate in an age-appropriate group: 
8-11:  FUNdamentals
12-14:  Foundation
12-16:  Female Development
15-18:  Development
