A great indoor atmosphere with engaging drills will develop and continue to improve a strong foundation of the four basic fundamental skills of lacrosse: cradling, ground balls, throwing and catching; skills that are very important to learn at all ages. These skills will be developed through fun lacrosse games. We do have snack at 10:30 and ice cream sundaes on Friday to end the week!
