Our Baseball Offseason Program combines hitting-specific instruction with customized professional strength and conditioning training. Through this 8-week program, players will keep their hitting skills sharp and develop valuable workout techniques.

Strength & Conditioning: Mondays 6:30 - 8pm
Hitting Instruction: Tuesdays 7 - 8:30pm
$375 per player*

Strength & Conditioning
Players will participate in a weekly Strength & Conditioning program on Monday nights 6:30-8pm at the U of Strength located in the Sports Center (500 Potash Hill Rd).
Training is led by U of Strength Founder and Head Sport Preparation Coach Jamie Smith. Each individual will receive a customized program design based on his or her own unique sporting demands.
Players will receive hitting instruction at the TSC batting cage (18 Progress Ave) Instruction is led by Matt Wickens and will include a variety of drills including dry swings, tee work, pitching machine, and other methods to improve hitting performance.
The hitting sessions will take place on Tuesday nights between 7 and 8:30pm.
