TSX Spring 2021 Volleyball Clinics 

TSX Volleyball Clinics are designed to enhance the player's skills and encourage their enjoyment of the sport. Our six week sessions use a combination of skill development and drills to develop and improve the player's setting, hitting, serving and passing abilities. Clinics are geared towards beginner/intermediate players in grades 5-9 and run one hour per week.  Please wear light clothing, sneakers and kneepads.

Clinic is held at 500 Potash Hill Rd, Tyngsboro, MA.


  • All coaches/staff and spectators are required to wear a mask while in the building.
  • All players must wear a mask during the clinic.
  • Please show up only 5 minutes prior to the class.
  • Please make use of our hand sanitizer which is located throughout the facility (check with staff if you cannot locate one.) 
  • Please do not linger after classes, as the next groups will be entering shortly after.
  • Sanitizing of equiptment will be done in between classes.
  • Classes will ALL run indoors.
  • Entrance will be through the front door and Exit will be our side door.

Add Strength & Conditioning Training to any TSX Clinic!

Tyngsboro Sports Center and The U of Strength are proud to offer this training combination, as we strive to develop well-rounded athletes.
Players benefit from the sport-specific skill training of TSX Clinics, while developing and reinforcing positive conditioning habits through U of Strength's personalized programs.

Sessions run for 6 weeks. Players will attend one TSX Clinic per week, and can choose either 1 or 2 Strength & Conditioning sessions per week.

1 session per week: Contact Jamie for pricing.

Athletes will participate in an age-appropriate group: 
8-11:  FUNdamentals
12-14:  Foundation
12-16:  Female Development
15-18:  Development
