TSX Fall/Winter 2021 Girls Lacrosse Clinic 

TSX Girls Lacrosse Clinic is designed to enhance the player's skills and encourage their enjoyment of the sport. This clinic is for beginner/intermediate players. Our six week sessions use a combination of skill development and drills to develop and improve the player's stick handling, cradling, ground balls, field movement and shooting abilities. 

 

COVID19:

  • TSC will abide by the CDC and allow YOU to decide whether YOu prefer to visit us with a face covering or not. We will not require face masks so please decide your comfort level.

* TSC annual membership of $15 required and may be used for any program/sport played at TSC.

Players should bring the following: Stick, goggles, mouth guard and footwear. Sneakers, outdoor (non metal) or indoor cleats are acceptable on our playing surface. 

This clinic is held at 18 Progress Ave, Tyngsboro, MA. 

Add Strength & Conditioning Training to any TSX Clinic!

Tyngsboro Sports Center and The U of Strength are proud to offer this training combination, as we strive to develop well-rounded athletes.
Players benefit from the sport-specific skill training of TSX Clinics, while developing and reinforcing positive conditioning habits through U of Strength's personalized programs.

Sessions run for 6 weeks. Players will attend one TSX Clinic per week, and can choose either 1 or 2 Strength & Conditioning sessions per week.

Athletes will participate in an age-appropriate group: 
8-11:  FUNdamentals
12-14:  Foundation
12-16:  Female Development
15-18:  Development
