The Tyngsboro Sports Center offers youth sports programs encompassing soccer, tball, baseball, softball, lacrosse, flag football, and other programs geared at developing and expanding the player's skills. A brief description of these programs is listed below. More information may be found for each program/sport by going to the link or corresponding tab for that program/sport. Lil Strikers Soccer (18 months - 35 months)
This parent participation class uses a variety of games to engage your child in group activities. The development of motor skills, such as kicking, running and jumping are stressed. Go to the L'il Strikers tab for more information.
Strikers (3 to 4.5 yrs old)
Players are taught kicking, running control, and dribbling as well as listening and following directions. We use a variety of fun games with lots of physical activities. We do not play competitive games in this class. Go to the Strikers tab for more information
Shooters (4.5 to 6 yrs old)
The progression class for strikers. More advanced skill games are played. This class develops kicking, balance, dribbling, and foot-eye coordination. Approximately half the time is spent playing small sided soccer games. Go to the Shooters tab for more information.
Recreation and Competitive soccer sessions run from November through March (three seven week sessions)

TBall Rookies (3 to 4.5 yrs old)
An introduction to TBall offering an opportunity for your child to learn the fundamentals of the game using fun activities. This instructional program begins the development of skills in throwing, catching, hitting, and running the bases. Go to the Rookies tab for more information.
TBall Lil’ Sluggers (4.5 to 6 yrs old)
Continues the development of Tball skills in a fun environment and your child will learn to apply those skills in game-play. Go to the Lil Sluggers tab for more information.
Baseball Sluggers (6 to 8 yrs old)
The progession league for Lil’ Sluggers. More advanced skill development. This program focuses on both offensive and defensive phases of the game. Players build self-confidence while learning details of the game in a fun environment. Go to the TSX Clinics Sluggers tab for more information.
Baseball All Stars (9 to 12 yrs old)
The progession league for Sluggers. Instructors will stress mechanics and the importance of balance while pitching, hitting, and fielding. as well as the all-important mental approach. This program has a productive yet enjoyable atmosphere. Class will use batting cages. Go to the TSX Clinics All Stars tab for more information.
Multi-Sports: Designed for motor skills development. Participants will be introduced to a variety of sports: soccer, football, t-ball, lacrosse, kickball and much more. All classes are 45 minutes long and each session is 6 weeks. Wear sneakers, bring a water bottle.
Softball Rookies (8 to 12 yrs old)
Instruction provided by Jen Hoar. This program provides instruction and mechanical, repetitive, memory drills in the fundamentals of throwing and fielding with an emphasis on hitting. Softball All Stars (13 yrs old)

Softball Pitching (8-12 yrs and 13 yrs)
Jen Hoar provides pitching instruction and has developed a unique pitching clinic taught by an incredible team of instructors.
