TSC offers a unique birthday experience for boys and girls of all
ages! Let us help you and your guests enjoy a stress-free experience in our clean, safe, climate-controlled facility. Enjoy games on our field/court, followed by pizza, dessert, and gifts in our themed party rooms. And after the last slice of cake is eaten and the final gift is unwrapped, leave all of the clean up to us!
TSX Volleyball Clinics are designed to enhance the player's skills and encourage their enjoyment of the sport. Our six week sessions use a combination of skill development and drills to develop and improve the player's setting, hitting, serving and passing abilities. Clinics are geared towards beginner/intermediate players in grades 5-9 and run one hour per week.
The U of Strength offers customized sport performance and preparation
programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Each program focuses on long-term development, skill acquisition, and building key athletic qualities like strength, speed, and agility. Programs are age- and level-specific, running year-round:
FUNdamentals (Age 7–10)
Foundation (Age 11–14)
Female Development (Age 11–16)
Development (Age 15–18)
Peak (Age 19+)
