If you are signing up for a TSC program that requires a membership, please complete this registration if you have not done so within the past calendar year.
The Tyngsboro Sports Center requires all of our participants to purchase a yearly membership. This membership, valued at $15.00 per YOUTH player.

Membership Information & Purpose
All indoor players will be insured as indoor players through the center's insurance. The membership program ensures that each player in our facility is accounted for and has paid this fee.
Memberships will ensure that each player will be registered as a member of every team they are playing for at the Tyngsboro Sports Center. Officials will be able to effectively control the rosters and ensure all players are eligible.
The membership program allows us to accurately maintain a database for those who use our facility. This not only allows us to accurately determine the number of patrons using our facility, but it also allows us to effectively communicate with you, our customers.
Membership also provides an insurance policy with maximum benefit of $25,000
Membership may also be done when registering for any of our programs (individual registrations only - team registrations are excluded from membership add-ons using the online registration)
If you or your child are participating in a program that does not require a TSC membership (birthday party guest, drop-in basketball, etc.), please complete this form.

Prior to participation in our camps, all children must have a completed Parent Packet on file within the calendar year.
All children are required to have a completed parent packet prior to attending Sports Camps at TSC. This must be completed prior to arrival of their first day at camp. You can find the parent packet online form above.
Parent Packets should be filled out every calendar year. Once you have filled out the online form, you will be able to check your child's Sports Engine account to see when it was last completed.
