2026 Youth Flag Football
This league combines instruction and game play. The first 15-20 minutes are dedicated to practice drills around a specific part of the game each week. Practice drills include catching, passing, and guarding a player. The remaining 35-40 minutes is used to split into teams for game play. There are facilitators on the field assisting in the play.

Age groupings are just guidelines. If your child is older or younger than those defined here call us and discuss it with us and we may be able to allow a younger/older child.
