MOMMY Rocks is a fitness class that
allows new moms to workout with the added comfort of having their baby with them!
This class will help new moms get strong, lean and energized with fun total body workouts.
MOMMY Rocks will give moms the opportunity to meet other moms and establish exercise as a healthy way
of living.
Weekly classes start on Tuesday, June 2 from
9:15am - 10:00am

DB's Baseball Academy conducts group clinics in baseball and, coming in November, Softball. TSC offers t-ball clinics for children ages 2-5.

Indoor Baseball Practice This Winter
Are you a baseball coach and want to get your team working all winter to keep those skills sharp? If so, give us a call and we can work out a training schedule for all or part of the winter months. We can create a package including time on the turf and cages or whatever your needs are. Call the center and let us help you get your team prepared for next spring.
Looking for teams or a few more Women Over 30 players for our Free Agent Team. Games are on Monday nights. Call the center and have some FUN!
